President & Founder
Michelle Clery co-founded ProSys in 1997 and has served on the Board of Directors and as President since its inception. Critical to the company’s operations and growth projectory, Michelle is a vital leader within ProSys and respected advisor within the industry. Prior to ProSys, she worked for Vanstar Corporation and Entex Information Systems in both global and national account executive roles.
She holds a bachelor of science in economics from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. Michelle is also a mentor for the GA100 and the Governor Mentor-Protégé Program in Atlanta for the development of minority- and women-owned businesses.
Executive Vice President of Sales
As Executive Vice President of Sales, Cari Hash provides sales and operational leadership to an ever evolving growth-driven organization. She has been a member of the ProSys Sales Team since 2002 for ProSys enterprise client relationships and a multi-year recipient of the President’s Club Award. Cari’s core responsibilities include sales and operations management for the ProSys Commercial Region as well as overseeing some direct enterprise relationships. Cari is a graduate of the WIT Executive Leadership Program and is a ProSys shareholder.
Prior to joining ProSys, Cari worked in the IT field in project management and sales in addition to serving the Army in an Airborne Intelligence role.
Vice President, Pacific Northwest Territory
Scott Ballantyne came to ProSys with a varied background in technology delivery. His career started thirty years ago with personal computers as they began to make inroads into people’s homes and businesses. Scott followed on his technology path to more complex offerings including networking and corporate deployments. His experience includes military systems, real-time applications and large retail deployments. Prior to ProSys, Scott enjoyed success with his own company in San Jose, CA with one of the first RAID systems commercially available from Baydel North America. Previous to that he was selling DEC-compatible storage systems at System Industries throughout North America.
Scott is an accomplished sales executive with thirty years of selling and senior account management. He has adult children and has been married for twenty six years.
Area Vice President of Sales
As Area Vice President of Sales for Florida, Liz Spivack is responsible for driving sales and services to more than 100 customers in the Florida market. Liz has a track record of creating and developing high performance sales and customer focused organizations. She has experience bringing value to large Enterprise, Commercial and SLED customers by addressing their business needs with relevant technology solutions. She has more than 20 years experience in the industry. Prior to joining Prosys in 2006, Liz was General Manager for CompuCom Systems (formerly Entex Information Services).
Vice President Professional Services
As Vice President of Professional Services, Tommy Whatley is responsible for providing leadership for presales, delivery and project management across all regions.
With more than 22 years of industry experience, Tommy developed his leadership skills serving as Vice President and CTO for Southern Network Services, SE Manager for Cisco Systems, and providing technical leadership building strategy for national VAR’s.
Tommy’s main area of focus is to create a team-oriented organization built on technical excellence that aligns to all areas of the business with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Tommy holds various industry certifications, in addition to a degree in Electrical Engineering from Lawson State.
